Hydra System is multi component solution, designed specifically for precise localisation of agricultural machines with work efficiency in mind.
Hydra System is composed of navigation module for agricultural machine (Hydra Box), specialised software (Hydra Nav) and optional base station module (Hydra Base).
Our modules (Hydra Box) provide precise localization using real time kinematic corrections. Corrections can be provided by base station module (Hydra Base) or by some third party provider. In open field 2-3 cm precision can be achieved.
By using base station (Hydra Base) module precision can be achieved in areas where there is no third party source of corrections.
Precise location is combined with specialized software for easy to use navigation and guidance functions.
Rover modules can be expanded with additional functionality for additional automation.
Our base station and rover modules (Hydra Base and Hydra Box) provide wide variety of connectivity options.
WiFi that can be used to connect to Internet or to connect to mobile device like phone or tablet.
Bluetooth is alternative method for connecting mobile device.
Wired connections: Ethernet for base station and CANBUS for rover module.
Mobile network, so device can send and receive corrections almost everywhere.
Rover module can be installed on almost any agricultural machine. It is computing precise location by using global navigation satellite system and corrections provided by base station module or by some third party corrections source. Corrections are provided by 3G module.
Phone or tablet with proper software (Hydra Nav) is than connected to rover module (using Bluetooth or WiFi). After that precise location data can be used.

In order to increase precision our system uses real time kinematic corrections.
This is differential GNSS technique that provides high positioning precision (up to 2-3cm) near base station (up to 10-20km).
Software for navigation designed to be used on smart-phones and tablets and cooperating with precision localisation module (Hydra Box).
Can help optimise agricultural works, generates reports from tasks execution. Can navigate machines on various types of routes and all parameters are configurable.
Check details in catalogue.Operation o parallel trajectories separated by machine width, with configurable offsets. This mode works by setting up two points, used to calculate all trajectories. On stored field multiple sets of reference points can be defined.
Similar to parallel operation but uses base line (recorded trajectory between two points). Many parameters are available in this mode of operation, one feature that stands out is algorithm for straightening of trajectories. It allows gradual straightening of each pass, starting from originally defined curve.
Operations can be recorded at any point, and reused later. This is especially useful in orchards and wherever repeated operations are common.
System has capability to generate and execute turning manoeuvres at the end of defined field.
Both rover and base station modules (Hydra Box and Hydra Base) are designed to withstand harsh environment conditions.
Extended temperature range (from -40 to 85 degrees).
Water and dust resistant, up to IP66.
Vibration resistant, for agriculture and industrial vehicle operations.
Application has database for defining and reusing tools. This simplifies operation and removes redundant definitions of tools.
System calculates areas and parts of field that were already processed and detects when sections need to be turned of. Section control can be manual ar automatic (if tool is equipped with proper control system).
Fields can be defined automatically (using external database) or manually and stored inside application. Measurement mode can be used for manual definition of fields.
Maps for variable dosages are supported.
